We do our very best to provide customers with as much information as possible about products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us.

All purchases are sent as Signed For Recorded deliveries, this includes overseas. We can ship worldwide.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We will offer customers a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and exchange upto the value of sale within 28 days. Refunds or exchanges after 28 are not possible.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered post so that you have proof of despatch in case parcels are lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

The returned products must be new and in perfect condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains or marks, smells, perfume, make up - complete with original tags attached and packaging intact. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receipt. However during busy times, this might take a little longer. We will email customers a confirmation once the refund has been made.
